Delete your ASAPP Security account

ASAPP Security is published by Pro-Feel Ltd.

You can request the deletion of your account and all personal data linked to it at any time, in either of two ways:

From the app: open your profile, choose "Edit information", then "Delete your account".

By email: write to support@asapp.london with the subject "Account deletion", from the email address linked to your account, stating your full name.

Your account and the personal data linked to it are permanently deleted within two working days of your request. Records we are legally required to keep are retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
